Hello Coach and welcome to Armwood High School. The administration wants to thank you for volunteering to help our student athletes. 

The school district and state of Florida requires you to complete the registration process. The documents, classes and links are all required.

Go to aktivate.com and create a profile. It is extremely important to select the correct role.  See the instructions below in the documents section. 

After Hillsborough County Athletics reviews and provides clearance, you will be required to get fingerprinted and submit the documentation showing completion within three days of being fingerprinted. 

The Coaches Packet must be filled out in its entirety. If you are a current employee of HCPS, then you are only required to fill out page 1. Please ensure your application has the proper signatures on them and it is vital to DISCLOSE ALL BACKGROUND HISTORY- NO MATTER HOW MINOR THE INFRACTION. - To include sealed or expunged records from the courts in any state, regardless of age

When you have completed the documents, classes, and videos please send your documentation, name of sport, and screenshots to the APA Secretary, Adam Chambers, at adam.chambers@hcps.net.
